A study has just been brought out today has said that,
“Cancer risk higher among people who eat more processed meat, study finds
Biggest consumers of food such as ham, bacon and sausages are 44% more likely to die prematurely, according to research” (quote taken from The Guardian 7-3-13)
So dont eat that rubbish, stick to unprocessed, unrefined foods and you will find that the foods actually has the opposite effect. It will help you become fitter, healthier and who knows even live longer!
