OK, so we all love food, well I do! Food can love us, if we eat the RIGHT kind of food (that contains all the nutrients, vitamins, minerals, natural fats etc…). If we eat the WRONG type of food, that is full of processed junk (with high levels of salt, sugar, fat, additives, perservatives and sweetners) then the food is likley to lead to a weight gain over the years, blocked up arteries and a whole range of health related problems. If we eat rubbish then we feel rubbish!
So I thought it would be good to point out some of the health related illnesses that you can avoid by eating a good balanced diet. Sometimes we need things to help us with our healthy eating and the knowledge that you are avoiding these nasty side effects should be a good motivator for you.

OK, so if you are carrying excess weight at this point you are probably feeling not very good, having just read the above. But you should not let these bad feelings rule you, so you dont like how you feel? CHANGE IT!!! Things NEVER stay the same, things are always changing. So make a change for the GOOD. From the minuite you start eating FRESH fruit and veg you will feel far better. Where possible avoid ANY processed foods, even the diet varieties (in fact diet foods can be packed with sweetners that are not good!) Unprocessed natural living food is the key, if you cant grow it, dont eat it!!
So if you are trying to loose weight I hope this has given you a bit of a push.
