So how do you know if your eating a ‘good’ diet?
One simple way is simply to see how colourful it is! Thats right, if you are eating foods that are naturally full of vibrant colour, like fruit & veg, then you will be eating great food. If on the other hand you eat foods that are complex carbs, processed till there is nothing left, then the food your eating probably in the long will not be good.
So use your eyes and eat foods with a full spectrum of colours. So dont live your life eating in black and white, live and eat in colour and enjoy the nurishment you are giving every single cell of your body as a result.
