Portion size…

A good way of making sure you keep your weight down is simply be keeping track of your portions.  What you put your food in or on can give the appearence of a small or large portion size.  Take the picture below…


Belive it or not but in the picture above the portion size remains the same!  So keep this in mind when serving yourself portions. 

Also in society the portions we are given when eating out have gone up, so the liklyhood is a small portion or medium portion will be the most you will need, any large or supersize portions are just not necessary, unless you want to put on weight that is!

So keep an eye out of what you are eating and by doing this you can also loose weight easier through doing this.  We all need to take more control about what we put into our mouth, and this can include the amount of food that gets put before us!
