Get a sprout on!

Eating a living vibrant plant based diet gives you loads of energy.  But eating sprouting vegitables is SO SO good for you because this type of food has high amounts of ‘life force’ energy that goes straight into your cells.  It has not been processed or nuked in a microwave.  It is fresh, living and ready to give you the energy of pure life.

From the chart below you will not only see what things you can sprout, but also how long they take to soak and spout, very usefull.   Once you have spouted them you can then add them to salads, juices or just eat them on their own, yum yum
