So I was just thinking, as well as regularly juicing I am now quite active. Bouncing everyday, swimming twice a week and doing my Kettlecise once a week too. It means I am staying fit, but what if you arent that active, where to start??
Walking, we do it everyday but overlook it. If you arnt really one for going to leisure centres then maybe give walking try. Take a half hour walk everyday and you will feel amazing!!!
You can also go on special walks with routes around the country and see this beautiful country!! Or go on town walks as well. Not only is it interesting to and nice to get out into the open air it also does your ticker the world of good. So give it a goe, got for a walk today 🙂
