So you want to get fit?…..DANCE!!

So if you have decided that exercise is really not your bag, but know that you really should be doing somthing physical, but unsure what to do, then try Dance.  There are so many different dance forms that you should easily be able to find a type of dance that suits you.

There are so many types of dancing out there, here are a few to get you started –

  • Rock and Roll
  • Jive
  • Appalachian Dance
  • Barn Dancing
  • Modern Dance
  • Ballet
  • Street Dance
  • Body Popping
  • Tap

So check out your local dance school, or celidh club and get some moves going!!!  You dont always need a partner, so get stucking and put on your dancing shoes!!!!
